Not even a runner

I attended the Runningman festival 2024, mainly to support my husband (the runner in the family) and to take in some of the wonderful workshops and classes being offered. It was at this event that I came across a vendor table giving out samples of their products. I have used a magnesium lotion in the past so I was somewhat familiar with the benefits. I had not heard of Dr.Doug's but was interested and purchased a relaxation kit. I suffer from restless leg syndrome as well as bunions. The kit I purchased came with a large jar of the magnesium rub, a travel size rub and a bar of the charcoal soap. The following day was the race for the event and my husband was running and I will usually walk until my feet hurt. I have never done more than a 5k. Race day morning I thought I'll try this "race and rescue" sample I got at Dr. Doug's. I slathered my feet tied up my tennis shoes and was off the the starting line. I was dreading it to be honest. I am usually the last one to finish walking and I'm always in so much pain but I wanted to support my husband. He took off running and so did the 1000 others. I started to walk at a good pace and even did this new method called run walk where you run for a period of time and walk a period of time. Before you know it I completed 8miles, that is more than a 10k!!! I was in shock. I had no idea I had done so many loops on the track. I was thinking oh boy I'm going to be in trouble tomorrow when I wake up, but, after my shower that evening I slathered my feet and legs with the magnesium and I was fine. Sure I was a bit stiff but normally after walking a 5k it takes me days to recover. This time I walked/ran over a 10k and was feeling great! I am not even a runner! Never ran a race before!! THIS PRODUCT WORKS!!! Thank you for being at this event and now becoming my new go to for muscle /nerve/ pain prevention and management. I have also used the charcoal soap which is amazing!
