Your Story: I put it on in the morning and I am pretty much pain free for the entire day. After about 12 hours it must wear off because I start to feel sore again. That's how I know how amazing it is. All day I used to complain about my back hurting, not anymore. Now it only hurts when I forget to use the Dr. Dougs.

I decided to write a review because I was just showing my coworker the product and explaining how well it worked so I figured why not tell everyone else also. This kit is SO amazing! The Gua Sha is big and covers large areas which is nice. But I LOVE bothe of the calms! The Magnesuim cream is so soothing and light. My skin feels great! I use both magnesium and recovery balm at night before bed. I apply the recovery balm to my knees, shoulder and lower back ( injuries)and magnesium to my legs since they are prone to cramping. Sleep well and no cramping so far.
