I started with the magnesium balm and love it. Your Story: I put it on in the morning and I am pretty much pain free for the entire day. After about 12 hours it must wear off because I start to feel sore again. That's how I know how amazing it is. All day I used to complain about my back hurting, not anymore. Now it only hurts when I forget to use the Dr. Dougs.

I decided to write a review because I was just showing my coworker the product and explaining how well it worked so I figured why not tell everyone else also. I have had back pain for over a year and a friend bought me this and I swear it is a miracle. It is expensive but totally worth it. I have used lidocaine patches which worked but not to this extent. I can totally vouch that it works because the days I forget to put it on wow what a difference. When I use this consistently I keep thinking the pain is gone forever but it isn't. It is just that this cream is phenomenal. I alos rub it on my knees because they have been acting up lately. Getting old sucks and I am only 55. As a side note my dreams are vivid and at the beginning crazy. I thought it was a coincidence but apparently it is an actual thing. Since I love dreams I find this a plus. I will never again in my life NOT have this on hand. Best gift I have ever received.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this great product. Loved it completely as every time I put it on I experienced truly all day moisture. I am from Canada and with shipping and exchange unfortunately the product became more than I could justify so I was on the hunt for another option. More than 2 years later of trying other products I am back! I just can’t find a better product. But I LOVE bothe of the calms! The Magnesuim cream is so soothing and light. My skin feels great! The balm with the Arnica works amazingly! Product is very easy to use. Gives me fast relief. I use the wooden paddle to scrape it out rather than dig it out. Lasts me longer. I even holler at my kids if I catch them trying to “dig” in. I’m on SS so I have to stretch it out. Works great but is pretty costly for us.
